Yes you can achieve it. Stick to the notes for fundamentals and ncert for biology and revise it daily. Byheart it totally, mark lines and make one liners. Do not skip anything. Now daily 35 question for biology. (Must refer MTG NCERT at your fingertips- quality questions for NEET biology. )
And 10 question for physics and chemistry daily. Just start 10 yes 10 to 20 then you can increase this number but 10 daily without fail. See if you finish 10 question daily so till may you will solve almost 2000 questions each and for biology 10000 almost. This should be the strategy for NEET Syllabus.
For inorganic just do NCERT and rev

NEET is only 4 months away but the ball is still in your court. You just need to be alert on few things such as-
Don't go for many books on single turn basis but few books from on many turn basis (as you are left with only one year). Because all books have more or less same content and questions & you just have to remember the way the question has been answered. Also find the easier approach. Inorganic- NCERT and NCERT, that is it. Keep on revising it. Make a separate notebook for reactions and exceptions. Organic- reactions and series management have to be done at any cost. Read your notes for it and practice a variety of questions. Physical- Concepts and practice, this is the rule, have command on formulas, also know the difference between things to avoid the confusion between two laws. 1. Start from basics first and then go to advanced level questions for physics and chemistry ( nowadays if you only practice basics, it will be far more than enough, provided you cover all lessons)
2. Try to cover at least 2 lessons ahead of NEET SYLLABUS http://bit.ly/2FUgVQA what is told in class.
3. REVISE AS MANY TIMES AS YOU CAN!
4. Beware! Your coaching institute will try to cover entire lessons in 2 to 3 days. Be prepared for that.
5. Stop doing many books at the same time. You will get less time to revise all of them. Best of luck!
