Can you please tell me what kind of options are you looking for? Course wise options or college wise options?

You have not mentioned the college anywhere, though you'll not get any decent college with these marks. All the best.

The safest score for BHU should be 450+ and for UP government colleges, it should be approximately 400.
So, you may not get B.A.M.S. but you can get any government college. So you can choose according to your comfort. Good luck!

It will be different for Government, Private and Deemed medical colleges. Also, it will differ you applying from All India quota 15% or State quota 85%. Cut off of state quota is usually lower than all India quota. Now, in each of these quota, it is further divided into categories like OPEN/SC/ST/OBC etc. But, going by previous year trend, B.A. M. S. BHMS seat is obtained around 450 – 500 marks range. I think, you can apply for admission, if you get, or if not, then take a drop. Hopefully it helps.

As per previous year trends, these marks would fetch you a rank somewhat around 48006000. Even in the worst case scenario, I don't think your rank would ever exceed 7000. And, with a rank in this range, chances for AIQ seat are going to be very bleak, as last year the last your seat allotted through AIQ at the end of 2nd round of counselling was to an AIR around 5500. Number of seats have been increased so keep your fingers crossed!
If not in AIQ you are very likely to GET a seat through your state quota. I would say that in Punjab, GMC Amritsar will be very much gettable in this range and you might also GET GMC Patiala in 3rd or Open C
