Its less predictable that you'll get admission into any government medical college courses at this score. However you can try in private.

Your score is very less for government medical colleges. So, its difficult. Also, you may not be getting any private colleges through counselling.

To get admission in topmost government medical colleges in general category your score should be around 550-580.

For admission into MBBS or BDS in government medical colleges general category, your score should be around 450. Below this score, its less predictable that you'll get admission into government medical colleges. So you can expect private MBBS.
