No, you have to score more than 600.This score will not help you to get a good government college in MBBSIn Telangana or any other government college in India. You can apply for private colleges and universities. Best of luck !

There are different marks requirement for different courses, also which category a student belongs to is also a major factor.So, yes there are various courses available for this marks range but You will have to figure the courses which are eligible for you depending upon your category and course.

Though 74 percentile is a very good mark, it is not possible to get a Tier-1 medical colleges. But you can try applying for the medical counselling as there is a chance to get any one of them.Besides, based on your community and state, there is a chance for you to get a good college through counselling.

As of my last knowledge update in September 2021, the NEET (National Eligibility cum Entrance Test) exam in India is specifically designed for admission to undergraduate medical courses like MBBS and BDS. Generally, a candidate should have completed their 10+2 level of education with Physics, Chemistry, and Biology as core subjects to be eligible for the NEET exam.Having completed a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree might not fulfill the eligibility criteria for the NEET exam, as the educational background required is typically focused on Science subjects.
