Hi,Yes, you have scored a good marks in NEET, so you can get a seat in government college.Getting admission to government medical colleges with 500 marks in NEET seems difficult. As per the NEET 2022, the cut-off for government medical colleges was 600 for admission to MBBS course. With a NEET score of 450, it may be challenging to get admission to most of the government or semi-government medical colleges in India. However, you may have a chance of getting admission to some of the private medical colleges in India.Best of luck.

Well panicking is not a solution to any problem. As the rules says that you need to get your compartments exams cleared before counselling session & get passing marks & passing certificate which is quiet possible.but for any unfortunate reason you do not clear exams. you can opt for open exam from NIOS and reappear for NEET UG the next year. And as you have cleared NEET you are eligible for state counsellingAll the very best!
