Based upon your score in NEET 2022, and the previous year cutoff chances are less for admission in government medical college under all india quota and state level quota.You may have chances in private college under state quota.Use NEET college predictor to check you MBBS/BDS chance in deemed university and state quota seat based on NEET AIR.

It is difficult to get admission into BHMS without NEET as mostly all the good colleges and universities consider NEET score only. However, there are a few colleges that conduct their entrance keeping NEET aside. You can check the list of BHMS colleges accepting NEET score here. I hope this helps!

You can use Shiksha college predictor-https://www.shiksha.com/college-predictorAny score above 500 is a good score to get into any good medical college. Last year cutt off for MBBS at ESIC Hyderabad was  around 8639.

No, you can't get seat with these score of 590 but witth a score of 590+, you can secure seats in top state colleges through the State quota, followed by the All India quota.
