NEET SS Application Form

Yes, NBE or the National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences will provide correction facility for NEET SS 2024 application form. There will be two correction or edit windows provided only for those candidates who will submit the application form by paying the requisite application fee. The first NEET SS application correction window will be for making the basic changes in the application form, in the permitted fields. In the second and the final correction window of NEET SS 2024, candidates will be given the opportunity to correct the deficient or incorrect images or files uploaded, such as photograph, signature and thumb impression. Both the NEET SS application correction windows will be provided for three days. 

The NEET SS application fee is INR 4,250. The fee is same for candidates belonging to each category. This is the application fee for each group is INR 4,250. Hence, candidates planning to apply for two groups will have to pay INR 8,500 (4,250 + 4,250). The fee has to be paid in online mode, via credit/debit card or net banking. NBE states, "Applications forms once submitted cannot be withdrawn. Fee shall neither be carried forward to a future date nor refunded under any circumstances. Application once submitted cannot be withdrawn. Any claim for refund, adjustment or carrying forward of Application fee will not be entertained. Examination fees in respect of candidates who are absent or have been declared ineligible due to any reason will be forfeited." 

While filling the NEET SS application form, candidates will have to upload their scanned signature and thumb impression. While filling the NEET SS application form, candidates will have to upload two types of photographs, a passport-size photograph and a realtime photograph to be clicked from the webcam of the computer/laptop from where they are filling the form. The specifications and the details are given below.Uploading passport-size photographFollowing factors have to be kept in mind while filling the NEET SS application form:The photograph should not be less than three months old.The photograph should be colured and clicked against a white background.The image must contain the full face, ears, neck, and shoulders of the entrant in frontal view with a neutral, non-smiling expression and with eyes open and directed at the camera.
