The Andhra Pradesh NEET counselling is conducted by Dr YSR University of Health Sciences (YSRUHS), Vijaywada. This institute was formerly known as Dr NTR University of Health Sciences (NTRUHS). This institute is the counselling authority for admission to 85 per cent State Quota seats for the MBBS and BDS courses. NTA will send the list of qualifying candidates belonging to Andhra Pradesh, based on which YSRUHS will release the State Merit List for Andhra Pradesh. The Andhra Pradesh NEET 2024 counselling authority will be conducted by YSRUHS in online mode, except for the institute reporting and document verification round. 

If you are going with donation, then I don't think NEET score matters.You should have 50%+ in 12th PCB and appear for NEET exam.One more thing is that admission policies change over time so you should have checked on it too.
