In case a candidate’s Class 12 Board exam result is not declared before the Maharashtra NEET counselling process, then he or she has to carry the Class 12 Board exam admit card or provisional mark sheet to the institute reporting or the document verification process. The final mark sheet will have to be submitted to the institute within the stipulated date.

The registration fee for Maharashtra NEET counselling is INR 1,000 for the State Quota seats, the registration fee is INR 5,000 and for the State and International Quota, the registration fee is INR 6,000.

No, candidates have to register online to participate in the counselling process. The counselling process including the registration, choice filling and locking, as well as the seat allotment result will be declared on the official website of the exam. However, the final step, which is the document verification and the admission fee payment process will be conducted in an offline manner, where candidates will have to visit the institutes for the verification and admission process.

The Maharashtra NEET counselling registration process is completely online. Eligible candidates will have to visit the official website of the state counselling and complete the below steps:Click on the tab indicating RegistrationFill up the form with the mandtory detailsEnter the OTP sent to the registered mobile number and email id Click on submitRegistration credentials will be generated and sent to candidates' email idFor choice filling and locking processes, candidates will have to login with the registration credentials and complete the other activities for counselling.

Yes, candidates can participate in both the national level NEET counselling for the 15 per cent All India Quota (AIQ) seats and the 85 per cent State Quota seats. However, if a candidate has already joined an institute, then he or she will no longer be eligible to participate in other state/national level counselling. Moreover, they will also not be eligible to participate for the next round of NEET state counselling once they join an institute.

Yes, The Maharashtra NEET counselling process follows the reservation criteria as per the directives of the Government of India. The Maharashtra NEET counselling also provides reservation for the Maharashtra domicile candidates.

Eligible candidates willing to participate in the Maharashtra NEET UG counselling process will have to fill and lock the choice of seats based on the seat matrix. If a candidate fulfills the cutoff or admission criteria of the institute of their choice, they will be allotted the seats. The factors which are considered for the seat allotment are cutoff and availability of seats.

The total duration of Maharashtra NEET UG counselling is likely to range from three to four months. The duration for each round of counselling is of seven to 10 days. The Round 1 of Maharashtra NEET 2024 counselling dates were scheduled from August 17 to September 5, 2024.
