WBMCC releases the WB NEET cutoff after the announcement of NEET result. Candidates need to check the WB NEET cutoff before applying for the targeted college and course (MBBS/BDS). The cutoff score indicates the basic score which makes a candidates eligible to participate in the counselling process. The counselling cutoff for reserved and unreserved categories differ. Therefore, candidates are advised to check and then apply for the WB NEET counselling.

There will be three rounds of counselling to be conducted by the WBMCC for WB NEET counselling. Fresh registration will be invited and accepted in each round of counselling. Candidates can opt out of counselling at any step adhering to the WB NEET UG seat surrender policy. Before each round of WB counselling, a seat matrix will be released for the candidates that will enable them exercise choice filling and locking option.

The WB NEET counselling dates have not been released so far. The authorities will start the WB NEET counselling registration tentatively in last week of June 2025. West Bengal Main Computerised Counselling (WBMCC), will release the official notification stating the important dates and guidelines regarding the WB NEET counselling process soon.

The NEET scorecard or the NEET result is declared in an online mode. The NEET scorecard is released online in PDF format. Candidates will have to obtain the NEET scorecard by following the steps given below:1. Visit the official website - neet.nta.nic.in2. Click on the link indicating NEET scorecard download3. Enter the NEET application number and date of birth or password4. Enter the security pin5. Download the NEET scorecard PDF document6. Take multiple printoutsCandidates must preserve the hard and soft copy of the NEET scorecard till the admission or counselling process is concluded.

In general, the result of NEET is declared approximately after one-and-a-half months of conducting the exam. Based on the previous years' trends, it has been observed that the NEET exam is conducted in the first week of May and the result is declared in the second week of June. In the official notification released by NTA regarding the exam date announcement, the conducting body has stated that the NEET 2024 result will be declared in the second week of June. The exam is slated to be held on May 5. Hence, it can be stated that the NEET result is declared approximately after 1.5 months of the exam conduct.

No, it is not necessary to submit the NEET admit card to the invigilator before leaving the exam centre. Invigilators check the admit card to validate candidates' attendance. They check the photograph, parents' signature and the self declaration form. Candidates are asked to sign in front of the invigilator, who then compares it with the printed signature on the admit card. Before leaving the exam hall, candidates have to submit their test booklet. They can carry the question paper and the NEET admit card outside the exam hall after the exam completion.
