Hello Nishar Ahmed, cutoffs and closing rank are two numbers that are of vital importance. Cutoff rank is announced by the college for each round of admission process that depends on multiple factors. Students whose ranking is this or better can only apply for admission. Yes, with 400 marks you will get chance but in private colleges for MBBS not in ACS college as your NEET score is 400. Your Overall percentile is 89.81 - 90.31 and when it comes to rank, your Predicted Rank is 140244 -17239 So, you have a low chance of making it to the Government Medical College with 400 marks. In addition, the cutoff changes every time to make it safer you should aim at a minimum of 500 marks in your neet. Therefore if not selected you can try in several reputed government and private medical colleges in India whose NEET cut-off is around 400 scores.

There is no such reports stating that NEET PG 2025 pattern will be changed. NEET PG 2025 pattern will be released along with the official information brochure. Most probably there won't be any change for NEET PG 2025 pattern. Candidates are advised to prepare for the exam keeping the existing pattern in the mind. NEET PG exam is conducted in computer-based mode currently. The question paper will comprise 200 multiple choice questions and candidates will get 3.5 hours to attempt them.
