The Physics syllabus of NEET consists of Class 11 and Class 12 units and chapters. The latest syllabus by the National Medical Commission (NMC) has reduced some chapters and added a few. Unlike previous years, there is no segregation of syllabus according to Class 11 and Class 12. The responses marked on the OMR Sheet of NEET are scanned and uploaded on the official website of NTA. The responses marked are read and captured by the machines, which can sometimes lead to smudging of the responses. Therefore, there can be errors in the scanned copy of NEET OMR sheet. If a student finds any such error in their OMR sheet, they have the provision to challenge them. Candidates have to pay a processing fee of INR 200 per response challenged. The steps for challenging the OMR sheet of NEET are given below:Go to the official website of NTA NEETLogin using the NEET application number and password or date of birthClick on “OMR Challenge”You will see the questions in sequential orderSelect Question (s) for which you wish to challenge the Recorded Response.Once you select any Question for Challenge, you will see three options under the column ‘Candidate’s Claim’.If you wish to challenge this option, you may use the Options given in the ‘Candidate’s Claim’ column.After clicking your desired option, for Physics / Chemistry / Botany / Zoology for NEET (UG) - 2023, scroll down, ‘Submit’, and move to the next screen.You will see a screen displaying your challenges.Click on ‘Submit' and Pay Fee Finally’.Select Mode of Payment and Pay a processing fee of INR 200 for each question/grade challenged. Along with the provisional NEET answer keys, NTA releases the NEET OMR sheets of the test takers. Candidates will be able to download those from the official website of NEET. In case there is any discrepancy, they can submit challenges or objections. In case there is no discrepancy, they can calculate their estimated scores by tallying their responses with the NEET provisional answer keys. 

Yes, NTA revised the NEET 2023 final answer keys based on the objections filed by candidates. The question and answer-wise changes are as follows:In the NEET 2023 answer key released by NTA, it was stated that there were two questions, out of which one was dropped and another one had two correct answers. NEET provisional answer keys are those which are released by the National Testing Agency (NTA), approximately a month after the conduct of the exam. As the term suggests, the provisional answer keys are interim, or may undergo changes, if proven. For this, NTA gives candidates the opportunity to file for objection against one or more questions or answer keys of NEET, by paying a fee of INR 200 per question. NTA also releases candidates' OMR sheets along with the provisional NEET answer keys which can also be challenged. After reviewing the submitted challenges or objections, NTA releases the final answer keys of NEET, which forms the base of computing NEET result. NEET final answer keys are absolute and there is no further opportunity given to challenge against the final answer keys. While the NEET provisional answer keys are available to candidates alongwith the OMR sheets after logging in with their registration credentials, the NEET final answer keys are released on the official websites of NEET and NTA and is available for public viewing. 

NEET answer key, be it the official, or unofficial one, helps candidates calculate their estimated score in the NEET exam attempted by them. By doing so, they will have a fair idea about their qualification chances and can plan or predict the future course of action. In case a candidate calculates a high score in the exam based on the NEET answer key, they may shortlist their choice of medical colleges with a high rank. On the other hand, if their estimated score appears to be low, and chances to get admission to their dream college seems to be low, then they can explore other alternatives in terms of course and colleges where they may pursue their higher education based on their NEET scores. Moreover, if they find a particular question or answer option doubtful, they also have the chance to file objection against it, which may lead to revision of the answer keys, and make the NEET score more accurate and fair.
