Indian students who secure 119 marks in NEET find it challenging to acquire an admission for a BVSc course. The cut-offs for veterinary courses are generally higher. However, there are a few points to keep in mind:1. Cutoff Trends:- The cut-off for the BVSc courses keeps changing every year due to various factors, such as the number of applicants, the difficulty of the exams, and the available seats.- Generally, for popular colleges, the cut-off will be high especially in states having high competitions whereas less competitive colleges will have comparatively less cut-offs.2. It will be next to impossible to get admission to an MBBS in a government college with a score of 394 in NEET because the cut-offs for government medical colleges are usually much higher than this. But there is still some chance of getting admission in BDS, as the cut-off for dental courses is usually lower. This would improve in case one belongs to any reserved category (SC/ST/OBC). One can also check with private colleges for MBBS or BDS, as this would have a cut-off much lower than that for government colleges. All India and state counseling should also be given a shot to have a better chance.

For general category students, the minimum requirement is 50% in PCB, while for OBC/SC/ST, it's 40%.
