The NEET application form had to be filled in online mode only. However, there was an exception for the applicants residing in the Kashmir valley or Leh. The NEET application fee had to be paid using a credit card/debit card, net banking, Paytm or UPI. In case candidates faced any technical or server issue, they are advised to wait for sometime or change the internet source. If the issue persists further, then they had to visit any of the Common Service Centres (CSC).

It is difficult to definitively say whether you can get a government medical college with 470 marks in NEET 2023 belonging to the SC category in Haryana. However, while the official cutoff for NEET 2024 hasn't been released, if we look at past trends for Haryana SC category, the cut-off for government colleges might be around 420-626.

Securing a BAMS government seat in Karnataka with a score of 300 marks in NEET might be challenging. However, while official cutoffs for 2024 aren't available yet, if you look for previous year trends it suggest that the cutoff score for government BAMS seats in Karnataka for the general category can be around 320+ marks.

The Odisha Joint Entrance Examination (OJEE) or the counselling authority of the state will allot the medical or dental seats based on two factors. First, candidates'NEET score/rank and the choice filled by them. If candidates' preferred seats are available, then it is allotted to them. In case the first preferred seat is already allotted to a candidate with a higher rank, then his/her next available preference is allotted. Candidates have the option to accept or upgrade the seat available to them.
