The NEET 2024 syllabus now includes additional chapters and topics, with the National Testing Agency (NTA) providing an explanation for each addition. "These topics have been added as these are being taught in various School Boards i.e. Maharashtra State Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education, Bihar School Education Board, National Institute of Open Schooling (NIOS), Jammu and Kashmir Board of School Education, Nagaland Board of School Education, Board of secondary education Manipur," stated the NTA.

No, the candidate will have to take the "upgraded" seat if they receive a better option and the seat that was previously assigned to them would be cancelled. Anyhow, the "upgrade" candidate will not be permitted to hold the original seat. The candidate must therefore use extreme caution while selecting the "upgrade" option.

No, unfortunately you could not fill the NEET application form 2024 offline. The application process for NEET is entirely based online. Also,  NEET application for 2024 is closed as the window typically happens around February and ends in early April.
