NTA revised the NEET 2024 cutoff along with the re-revised result declared on July 26, 2024. Although the cutoff was reduced by two marks for each category, the NEET 2024 cutoff score is higher than last year. If you are going with donation, then I don't think NEET score matters.You should have 50%+ in 12th PCB and appear for NEET exam.One more thing is that admission policies change over time so you should have checked on it too.

For getting government college with state quota one needs 450+ score. Getting government college with 420 marks is difficult but you can get a private college easily.
