The cutoff varies yearly considering factors such as how many applicants are there, difficulty of the exam, or vacant seats. Normally the BVSc cutoff will go anywhere from 500 marks up to 600- and might be relatively smaller in case of reserved category of applicants, such as SCs and STs and those falling under OBC etc.eteras. In the private veterinary colleges, the mark limit is a bit more. It is advisable to check on the official website of NEET counseling or specific college cutoff details for the latest and accurate information.

You could have a scope for getting admission in government or semi-government medical colleges if your score is around 480 in NEET, mainly in states whose cutoffs are lower than average, or for other categories, though it does completely depend on the category and college. Top medical colleges under government in metropolis cities tend to take up people with higher scores so 480 marks does not really guarantee admission here. You can explore government medical colleges in states that have relatively lesser competition, and also semi-government or private medical colleges with a lower fee structure. To be eligible for NEET, candidates must fulfil criteria set by the National Testing Agency (NTA). For eligibility in NEET, you must have at least 50% aggregate marks in your 12th board examination in Physics, Chemistry, and Biology (PCB) in case you are a candidate from the general category. However, if you fall under the reserved category SC/ST/OBC then the minimum percentage required is 40%. You would score 45 in Physics, 48 in Chemistry, and 46 in Biology. Your PCB percentage comes out to be less than 50%, which puts you out of the contention list for NEET unless you belong to some sort of reserved category.
