Hello Dear,
For admission into government colleges for BAMS or BHMS you need a score of around 300. Below this score, you may not get any government college.

Hello Dear,
There will be counselling for 15 percent All India Quota Seats after two weeks of declaration of NEET result. After that there will be counselling for state quota seats.

At 19289 rank, it's less predictable that you'll get admission in government colleges. You can check in private medical colleges. Attend the counselling.

Your score is very low for admission into BHMS courses. For general category, your score should be around 200 to get admission into BHMS.
