Yes, you will have to register again for Stray Vacancy round of NEET counselling. For this year, the Stray Vacancy Round Choice Filling process is already closed. Also, it is not always beneficial to wait for a stray vacancy. As seats of most of the good colleges are allotted, maximum by the second round. And, the chances are very rare that you would get a decent college.

No, you cannot get admission to the MBBS course at Vydehi Institute of Medical Sciences and Research Centre (VIMSRC) without appearing for NEET (National Eligibility cum Entrance Test). NEET is a mandatory entrance exam for admission to undergraduate medical courses (MBBS) in India, including at private medical colleges like VIMSRC.The admission process at VIMSRC for the MBBS course requires students to have a valid NEET score. Without this score, admission will not be possible, even under management quota. Therefore, NEET is essential for both general and management quota admissions.

The NEET 2025 result is expected to be released in the first week of June 2025, within a month of conducting the exam. NTA does not announce the NEET result date in advance. Although last year the result date was stated to be declared on June 14, NTA released it 10 days in advance. Hence, there is no fixed date or schedule for NTA to declare the NEET result. Prior to the declaration of the result, NTA releases the final NEET answer key. Last year, NEET was conducted on May 5 and the result was declared June 4.
