As long as the photo satisfies all other requirements, there usually shouldn't be a problem if your NEET application photo includes a blue background. Make sure the photo complies with all the requirements specified in the instructions for the admission card. If unsure, get confirmation from the examination authorities.

All dentistry and medical programs in India, including BDS, need completion of the NEET (National Eligibility and Entrance Test). The Dental Council of India (DCI) has established the NEET qualification as a national requirement, and candidates cannot be admitted to the BDS programme without meeting it.
