NEET UG Admit Card

NEET admit card is one of the most crucial documents that needs to be carried to the exam centre as well as during the NEET counselling process. The information printed on the admit card of NEET are as follows:Name of the candidateNEET roll numberNEET registration numberDate and time of the examinationFather's nameMother's nameDate of birthGenderCategory/ Sub-categoryAddressMedium (Language) of the examination or the NEET question paperName and address of the exam centreCandidate signatureExam day instructions and guidelines.Apart from the above mentioned information, there would be space provided for pasting candidate photographs and signatures. There is also a Self Declaration Form which has to be filled in compulsorily and submitted to the invigilator on the day of the exam. 

Candidates have to paste their postcard-size photograph of 4"x6" dimension on the NEET 2025 admit card before reaching the exam centre. The photograph should be the same as that uploaded during the NEET 2025 application process. The photograph should be clearly visible and legible and fulfills the guidelines given by NTA. The photograph has to be pasted properly on the admit card so that it does not drop off from the document. The photograph should follow the parameters given below:The photograph should not be older than January 2025Candidates should not be wearing caps or sunglasses or face maskBoth ears should be clearly visibleThe photograph should have been taken against a white backgroundCandidates will have to sign on the photograph on the left side NTA states that it is mandatory to paste the photograph on the admit card, otherwise it would lead to disqualification.

Candidates are advised to take a coloured printout of the NEET 2025 admit card. However, it is not compulsory. NTA does not state any guideline regarding this. They should carry two to three spare copies of the NEET admit card for future use. However, in case a candidate does not have access to a coloured printer, s/he can take a black and white printout of the NEET 2025 admit card as well, but the details such as photograph and text should be clearly visible. Test takers have to paste their photograph in the space provided and should not have signed on it. The Self Declaration Undertaking has to be filled up prior to the exam day.
