No, you are not authorised to modify your NEET centre 2024 after the admit card is released. Furthermore, because the admit card is distributed around a week before the exam date, there is less chance of having the centre altered. In the event of an emergency, candidates should contact NTA to modify the exam city or centre. Because the NTA will assign the exam centre to either of the desired locations, test takers should have no trouble obtaining the exam city or centre of their choice.

It is only possible to modify the NEET exam centre for 2024 during the application correction window. After the NEET 2024 application deadline has passed or the application correction procedure has concluded, no modifications will be accepted. Candidates will be informed of their NEET exam city as soon as NTA sends the advance notification to exam city slip. During the application procedure, candidates will enter one of two cities.

There were 557 cities in India and 14 places outside of India that hosted NEET 2024 exam centers. The NEET 2024 information bulletin said that no overseas city was selected to host the exam. Till last year, candidates were provided N95 masks at the NEET exam centre which was mandatory to be used by candidates. They had to dispose of their own masks before entering the exam centre at the designated bin. However, since the intensity of Covid has reduced as compared to the last two years, this year candidates may not be provided masks at the centre. The information will be confirmed after the release of the NEET admit card. However, it is recommended that they wear face masks for the entire duration. This should be done to ensure their and other test-takers' safety.

Candidates must reach the NEET exam centre at least an hour in advance to be able to complete the security check process on time. For instance, the exam will commence at 2 PM and candidates should reach the centre by 1 PM. The last entry to the NEET exam centre will be at 1.30 PM. The entry process will start from 12.30 pm onwards. In case candidates reach the centre later than 1.30 PM, they will not be allowed entry despite multiple requests. Hence, candidates must plan the commute and estimate the duration of commute in advance to avoid last minute hassles.

You can choose any exam centre of NEET 2025. English is available at centres across the country. English is a universal language and medium of NEET question paper. The exam city selection option becomes limited once candidates choose a regional language, except Hindi. Apart from the medium of the question factor, the other factor that plays a role in the NEET exam centre city selection is the permanent and present address selected by candidates during the application process.

The medium of instruction for NEET exam is available in various languages, including Marathi.
