Problem is not only with MBBS degree from Nepal, even if you have graduated from premier medical colleges like Havard or John's Hopinkins you will not be eligible for practicing in India unless you qualifies the exam conducted by MCI. MCI screening exam is the toughest to make through some time it takes up to 4-5 attempts to clear.

It will be called BBA in Nepal, but yes it will be counted as BBS because BBA in Nepal is of 4 years.
