Candidates are typically expected to report at the exam center 90 minutes before the exam starts. So, if the NEST exam starts at 9:00 AM, the reporting time would likely be around 7:30 AM. This allows enough time for checking IDs, document verification, frisking, and seat allocation. It's important to confirm the reporting time on your admit card when you receive it for the future NEST exam. The admit card will have all the specific details about your exam venue, timings, and reporting instructions.
