If you fall in the below criteria, you are eligible to give NEST:
1. You must pass class 12th or any equivalent examination from a recognized Board in 2015 or 2016.
2. Students who appeared for their 12th Examination in 2019, are also eligible to apply for NEST 2019.
3. You should have studied Science subject with the combination of biology, chemistry, mathematics and physics.
4. You should secure at least 60% in aggregate or equivalent grade in your class 12th.

Under no category of reservation, you can get into MBBS course in India with such a low score. So, definitely, you should try another time only if you are passionate to get into MBBS. Otherwise, moving on into any other course would be good.

Candidates fulfilling the below-mentioned requirements meet NEST 2019 eligibility criteria:
Candidates should pass Class XII in Science stream from a recognised board in India with at least 60% aggregate marks (55% for SC/ ST/ PwD category candidates). Candidates should have passed Class XII either in 2017 or 2018. Candidates appearing for their Class XII exams in 2019 are also eligible to apply.
