The National Entrance Screening Test (NEST) examination is the entrance exam for giving admission to xandidates in the integrated course which includes M.Sc and PhD course which is almost of five years. NEST is the private institute which offers admission to its candidate. certain documents which are required for Bachelors programe are as follows:Scanned copy of Photograph in JPEG, PNF, PDF format with specific size.Scanned signature in JPEG, PNG, or PDF format. Scanned copy of the result of 10th grade in JPG, PNG, or PDF Format.Scanned copy of 10+2 result in JPG, PNG, or PDF format.The documents required for Masters programme are as follows:Scanned copy of Photograph in JPEG, PNF, PDF format with specific size.Scanned signature in JPEG, PNG, or PDF format. Scanned copy if any exam was given to take the admission.Scanned copy of Bachelors result or Bachelors degree. All the things should be in a specific format and specific size as asked by the university.

The marking scheme for NEST 2024 follows a differential marking system:Correct Answer: Each correct answer in the MCQ (Multiple Choice Question) sections is awarded 3 marks.Incorrect Answer: There is a penalty of 1 mark for every incorrect answer in the MCQ sections.Not Attempted: No marks are deducted for questions left unanswered in the MCQ sections.Breakdown for marking scheme:Sections: NEST 2024 has four sections - Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and Mathematics.Number of questions: Each section has 20 questions (17 MCQs and 3 MSQs). However, only the MCQs contribute to the final score.Marks per MCQ: As mentioned earlier, each correct MCQ is worth 3 marks and each incorrect MCQ deducts 1 mark.MSQs (Multiple Select Questions): There are 3 MSQs in each section, but these questions are not included in the final score calculation. There's no negative marking for incorrect answers in MSQs.

The NEST exam has a differentiating marking system. Every MCQ will have a negative score for every incorrect response and 2.5 marks for each correct answer. MSQs will be graded four times, with no deduction for incorrect answers. There will be 200 marks available for the 68 questions in total. For eligibility, a minimum of 60% overall (or an equivalent grade) must be obtained in the Class XII test. The minimal qualification is lowered to 55% for candidates who fall into the Scheduled Caste (SC), Scheduled Tribes (ST), and Divyangjan groups.Biology and mathematics are not required for the NEST exam. You can attempt any three of the four portions that you like, or you can specialize in PCB or PCM.
