So the validity of UGC/CBSE NET is unlimited or there is no expiration date. UGC JRF is valid for 2 years from the announcement date of the result or from the issue date of the certificate and UGC lectureship is valid for lifetime up to the date of your retirement age.

It's good to check out that whether you are eligible or not for the exam which you want to apply. CSIR has decided some guidelines related to the educational and age criteria which should fulfilled by each aspirants who want to appear in CSIR NET exam. Candidates should have minimum 55% aggregate marks (for General and OBC) or 50% aggregate marks (for SC, ST and PwD) in post-graduation. If you want appear for JRF then your age must not more than 28 years. For Assistant Professor there is no upper age limit to apply. To appear for NET JRF exam, you should have at least 55% aggregate marks in post graduation course. SC/ST/PwD/female candidates get 5% relaxation in aggregate marks by the CSIR NET authority.

Yes, you are eligible for UGC NET exam. The candidates who have completed the post-graduation in their UG subject from the recognized university are eligible. As you have completed Master's degree, you can apply for the UGC NET in your subjects or it's related subject. You can check the official notification, if you have any doubt.
