The eligibility criteria of UGC NET for Assistant Professor and JRF is given below. Hello,
Regarding the preparation of UGC NET HRM, before doing anything refer your PG Notes. The syllabus is vast so go for selective study. Clear your doubts on time itself. Do not hesitate to ask and do not even collect so many doubts. Must keep in mind to work well on UGC NET General Paper as well. Always make a flow chart or a core diagram of the chapter just to understand simply what the topic contains and how the things are interlinked. Make short notes, study it well and keep revising on a daily basis. Solve a variety of questions to make the concepts clear. Practice questions from previous year test papers.

There are so many candidates who have asked this question that whether it is compulsory or not to have a UGC NET Certificate to become a lecturer. So, here you can check the perfect solution to this query. As per the UGC guidelines and rules, it is mandatory to clear UGC NET Exam to become an Assistant Professor or Lecturer. No, Its is not necessary to crack NET JRF. A lot of universities offer their customized and personalized Examinations through which they hire Research candidates. One example, Here in North Bengal, NBU use to conduct RET (Research Eligibility Test) which is their own exam.
