There is no criteria that you need to clear the Masters within 2 year of time span only. After satisfying the eligibility criteria you can also fill the UGC NET Application form from the official website of the NTA till 9th October 2019. Educational Qualification: The candidates must have post-graduation degree from the recognized university with more than 55% marks.Age: The age of the candidates must be below 30 years for UGC NET JRF and below 28 years for CSIR NET JRF.
Also, there is no age limit for assistant professor posts.

The CSIR NET exam is scheduled on 15 December 2019. The application form has been started from 9 September and the last date to apply is 9 October.
