So your NET JRF of 2013 would not be valid but you can do part time Ph.D. after qualifying for NET or university level entenace exams for Ph.D. You can explore about -

A computer science degree has a broader focus than a degree in cybersecurity, which provides a much more comprehensive examination of that field. An education in cybersecurity can also provide excellent job opportunities.

Congratulations on qualifying NET! To secure admission for a Ph.D. in History, you should explore universities that offer this programme and have faculty members with research interests that align with yours. You can search for universities offering Ph.D. programs in History on the official UGC website or other online platforms. After shortlisting universities, you should visit their respective websites to check their admission process and eligibility criteria. You can also contact the department or the concerned faculty members to inquire about the availability of Ph.D. positions, funding opportunities, and other details.

Congratulations on qualifying in the UGC NET exam! The National Testing Agency NTA usually releases the e-certificate and JRF award letter for the UGC NET exam within 1-2 months after the declaration of the result. The e-certificate is sent to the email address provided during the application process, and you can also download it from the official website of UGC NET using your login credentials. If you have qualified for JRF, you will receive a separate JRF award letter by post from UGC. Please note that due to the current COVID-19 situation, there may be some delays in the dispatch of JRF award letters.
