To get admission in B.Tech at NSUT (formerly NSIT), you need to have a good rank and score in JEE Main, as well as meet the eligibility criteria of the branch and category you are applying for. According to the NSIT eligibility criteria, you need to have at least 60% aggregate marks in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics in your qualifying exams / 12th from a recognised center or state board. You also need to pass English as a core or elective subject in 10+2, and pass in each subject separately. Additionally, you need to qualify for JEE Main and register for JAC Delhi counseling. If you meet these requirements, you have a chance of getting into NSIT, depending on your JEE Main score and the availability of seats in your preferred branch. No, you cannot join NSIT directly. You have to qualify for JEE Mains and apply for admission through JAC Delhi counselling. You also have to meet the eligibility criteria of having at least 60% aggregate marks in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics in 12th standard and passing English as a core or elective subject. I hope this clarifies your doubt.

Yes, NSIT accepts JEE score for admission to its B.Tech programmes. According to some web search results, candidates should have at least 60% aggregate marks in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics in Qualifying exams / 12th from the recognised Center or State Board. In addition, they should also have passed English as a core or elective subject in 10+2. Also, the candidates have to pass in each subject separately. The admission process is based on the rank of JEE Mains followed by counselling and interview. I hope this answers your question.
