No, it is not possible to get admission in DTU with this score, especially if you are an outsider. They have only 15 % reserve seats. So you should improve your marks if you want to get admission there otherwise you can go for NITS.

You should be in top 5 thousand rank for getting admission in dtu and nsit if you belong from outside delhi.
It means you have to score more than 240 marks.

DTU gives a lot of student fees concession, but that is based upon you family annual income. For the current year 2018-19 the Maximum annual income should not be more than INR. 4.5 lakh to apply for fees concession. You basically have to produce an income Tax Return receipt for that. Moreover, you can also get scholarship though government portal scholarship. Com and after filing and online form you have to submit it offline to DTU, then you get you money.

For getting admission in NSIT, you need a good score in JEE Mains. Your marks are just qualifying marks and cannot be considered for admission in higher education in these premier institutes. However, if you are the topper of your board then BITS Pilani may be an option.

For admission in DTU and NSUT, you have to appear in JEE Mains first, then get good marks, then you have to apply to JAC Delhi counselling. If you are allowed any college branch according to your choice then you have to report to colleges for verification documents.

As per your category, if your rank is less than 1,00,000 (general rank), then you will get some branches in DTU and NSIT. However, HBIT is taking admission via JEE Mains from this year, so we cannot predict the exact cutoff.

Try your best, but the chances of getting this college is quite low. So, I'll prefer you to look in other colleges. Also, if you get any of these colleges, then it's good to have it, but if not then you should have a backup plan to cope up with this situation.
