No, NSIT do not provide Admission on the basis of 12th board score. But you can get Anna University (currently ranked 8th by NIRF) on the basis of board score. Anna University is a just below the top 7 IITs and is far better than even lower IITs. So, you can check details about Anna University on Google.

Both are good but DTU is old and reputed so I will suggest you going with DTU. The placement record of both the universities is almost same.

As per your marks, you cannot get admitted to the institutions you mentioned. But, as per previous year trends, you cannot get admitted into IIEST or BIT, Mesra.

Admission in B.Tech IT at NSIT is based on JEE Mains score, not on marks obtained in 10+2 stage.

You should maintain a minimum of 75% in class 12th.
Otherwise, you will not be eligible for DTU and NSIT.

Deciding a college depends on various factors like stream you wish to take, and the place where you belong to. NIT-Trichy is one of the top most colleges in our country and is certainly the better option out of the three if you look in terms of academics and placements point, but as said, if you belong to North India, it would be easier for you to blend with DTU rather than NIT Trichy. I would say NIT-Trichy, then DTU, then NSIT.

You can choose any one because both the options are good for B.Tech, and I don't think any IIT is not good.
