Scholarships are generally on merit-basis, offered by the universities to the most deserving students at the time of admission. You can check the financial aid sections of the university websites. For example:
1. Leiden University Excellence Scholarships.
2. Radboud University Scholarship Programme and
3. Erik Bleumink Scholarships at University of Groningen to name a few.
Other than these we have:
1. Netherlands Fellowship Program.
2. Erasmus Mundus Scholarships in Netherlands.

Netherlands is a great place to study. MBA graduates can look forward for plenty of opportunities, however you must be competent enough to be hired. Graduates will have one year time to look for a job through the highly skilled migrant scheme.

Hi Saurabh,
If you are looking for free universities, then Germany is the only option. Netherlands is excellent but education is costly in comparison and would cost you about 25 lacs for every year.

Job opportunities across the world is slow and dull.UK is extremely tough country to work specially because of its changing Visa requirements.
Netherlands and Germany are comparatively better depending upon your academic plus professional background.
