I can understand your situation and appropriate it. But I am afraid what you are seeking is not feasible. One can get lateral admission in an engineering college directly into 2nd year after completion of the diploma but it's not possible to get admission directly into 2nd year of three year degree course of BCA. You have to begin from 1st year only.
