For BVP NLC you need to appear for BVP CET LAW, as it is the minimum eligibility for admission.The concession on fee depends on the rank that you have got in BVO CET law.
Further, if you score a rank below 120 then your fee structure will be low as compared to the other students.

The University has its own placement cell , but the placements are said to be not very good but satisfactory. And th fees for each year for the course BBA LLB is around 75000

the BVP CET Law 2019 cut off which will mention the minimum marks a candidate needs to score to qualify in the entrance exam. Accordingly, you can understand whether you will get admission or not.

Yes, you have proper certificates and documentation that proves you belong to EBC, then you will get concessions for degree certificate BE, MBA, etc. also. Zero tuition fees are to be paid if you are EBC.
