New Royal College of Nursing BSc admission is entrance-based. The basic eligibility required to enrol in the course is to pass Class 12 or equivalent with PCB and English as compulsory subjects. Candidates must have scored a minimum of 45% in Class 12. Hence, technically, a student with 70% in Class 12 is certainly eligible for application. However, since admissions are entrance-based, students need to provide a valid KCET score to be eligible for selection.
