Yes. They do accept it. National Institute of Open Schooling is an organisation run by central government. They have complete authority to conduct board exam and no one can question their validity. The certificates issued by NIOS is hundred percent valid. Please check the below link for Univeristies in Australia for Hospitality Management studies.

First of all, it depends on which course you are interested in. You can get admission with this score in many of the universities. For courses such as IT engineering, computer engineering, civil engineering, etc. If you are planning for Australia, I think, you should go for it or else, civil because these courses are booming in Australia.

Hi,
It can be possible after completing 6 months, usually there are restrictions before completion of 6 months. But, having said this you have to check with the current TAFE you are enrolled with. You will also require the offer letter from the new TAFE. Check with the schools directly.
