Hello HP Patel,
According to a study, US is the country to go for doing MS in CSE. Of course, European countries also have reputed universities. However, every country has it's own peculiarities. I would therefore like to advise you that please approach an agency sending students for MS abroad. They would advise you correctly besides taking care of these small issues so that you do get admission somewhere. Best wishes to you.

Hi Utkarsh,New Zealand has only one city where the IT sector is booming - Auckland. The other cities do not have enough opportunities. I would suggest you try Australia, just to stay safe.
