You must have a Bachelor's degree from a reputed university to take admission in Australian universities. Many universities ask for the relevant work experience for admission. So, if you have 1 or 2 years of experience, it will benefit for you. IELTS Exam or TOEFL, you need to take either of the exams for admission to an MBA course in Germany New Zealand-Singapore.
It is mandatory to present a letter of reference from college lecturers or concerned authority that elevates admission process. Lastly, you will get scholarship if your past academic qualification was good.

For any under graduation study, you need IELTS 6 band and a minimum of 5.5 band in each component. As you have got only 5 band, you need to take some coaching and rewrite IELTS. However, some universities in the UK accept students without IELTS. Provided your class 10th and 12th English marks should be more than 70%.

You can apply with your consolidated mark sheet, you will get admission. Once you get admission, you will surely get visa. You need not worry about back logs. Only thing you need is IELTS required score and completion of your course. This is possible in New Zealand.

Dear,
For doing MBA in New Zealand Universities valid IELTS/ TOEFL score is 6.5 overall with 6 atleast in all bands. Universities there prefer more having work ex 4-5 years for admission in MBA.

I am not sure about Ireland and New Zealand but Canada and Australia would be your better options for PR. Recently, PR entry requirements changed in Canada though you can opt PGD from any Canadian business school. Ref:
