If you have IELTS of overall 6.5 and at least 6 in each category should be good, as far as IELTS eligibility is concerned. Just check for options such as Number of years of education ( example 15), Bachelors cut off if any, professional experience needed or not depending on course and respective University, GMAT score cut off as applicable.

Most of the universities take you on the basis of GRE score whether some of universities give you admission on the basis of exam IELTS. You can know about the entrances exams by searching on Google. By the way, German universities charges less as tuition fee.

Not sure if you will find the exact course because it can be a specialised course under mining engineering or civil engineering. Few universities in UK and China do offer tunnel engineering courses like Nanjing in China and University of Exeter in UK.
