Hi Akash TR, Do you want to work as a chef or study a culinary course in New Zealand? If you want to work, first you need to get a job and apply for the work permit. If you are planning to study, decide what to study and in which college and then check the admission requirements, process, deadline and apply accordingly. Visa will depend on your overall profile and also you must have sufficient funds to study and live in New Zealand.

Hi Nalin, Spain and UK has more number of reputed hotel management schools than the rest, if you have selected any school then you can simply check the rankings on websites like QS ranking and decide. You must compare the budget, career support, stay back options etc. You can check this page for more hotel management schools

5.5 is generally a low IELTS score. Even for Bachelor's degree, the colleges in New Zealand require a band of 6. But the catch is that colleges have several pathway programs for international students who do not meet the admission requirements slightly or more for the English language requirements. You must also remember that you cannot secure admission only on basis of IELTS score. The main criteria is how much is your academic percentile. You did not mention it and hence difficult to overall evaluate your profile. For now, I can advise you to check the requirements on the college websites and also email them and ask about these pathw

You have two qualifications, B.Ed and Botany, which field do you want to pursue your higher studies in. If you don't know you should first figure out your interests. Mention the same for better guidance.
