You can apply to the top universities like Auckland and Canterbury. Shortlist four to five universities after checking the admission requirements and fee. Universities might suggest an IELTS retake or an English language pathway programs. Write to the universities before applying.

You will need to share your percentage to help you. If you have cleared your course with good percentage, then you will need the following:
1. University academic transcripts.
2. Evidence of graduation.
3. English language tests.
4. Work history.
5. Letters of recommendation.
6. Statement of purpose.

Every country has a list of skilled occupations which are in demand. You have to check these lists to know whether the occupation is listed or not. Australia removed dentistry from the skilled occupation list so I won't recommend. You can therefore opt for Canada or Germany depending on your profile, university requirements and your budget if you are asking for further studies.

I think you will be the best one to answer this. Firstly, decide which sector or field you want to work. Based on this, you have to figure out what you want and then you can shortlist the course. If you are good at maths then you can study accounts or finance. They have good scope and opportunities.

54% is a very poor score for Canada and even I will advise you not to apply for a Canadian college. You can check Australia, New Zealand, Ireland, Hungary, Norway, etc.

Admissions will be based on your entire profile, your academic record will also be evaluated. Anyways, your IELTS score is low. For Masters, 6.5 is recommended with 6 in every section. But international students with low IELTS scores can enrol into English language bridging courses. You will find this on university websites. Please email them too.
