As the situation in USA is worse and there are many visa issues in UK and you deal with commerce, so it is best for you to move to Canada or Australia. If you get into a good university it will be much easy to get PR in Canada and Australia. Even NZ comes into the same scenario.

The eligibility requirements are different with different colleges and programs. Both the countries would have different entry criteria. Only by completing a Diploma won't make you an eligible candidate. You must have sufficient grades and you need to take IELTS/ TOEFL.

Australia offers high salary package to the engineers and the expenses are quit less. The living cost is also low. There are many opportunities as compare to New Zealand. There are around 80% non-Australian students get job in the first 3 month after their studies.

Unfortunately, it won't be possible for you to pursue nursing or any medical related field. Relevant education and qualification is necessary and you should be aware of this. Without a medical background and prior degree in a similar field there is possibility.

New Zealand is one of the best countries for higher education including MBA. But for MBA programs institutes in New Zealand requires work experience. Students without work experience are recommended to enrol into PG Diploma programs in Business, gain some work experience and then seek entry into the MBA. Or you gain some experience in India and then apply.
