Pursue some PG course in the same field. In NZ, a PG course makes you eligible for a 1 year PSW and you can also apply for PR.

Study something that you like and interests you. You will be the best person to decide what to do. Figure out your favorite subjects, your weak areas, your strong points and decide what to study. Having a realistic aim will also help.

Job opportunities are plenty. If you are planning to study in NZ, you will be eligible for post study work visa only if your course is more than a year. Work permit duration will vary depending on your study duration. You must have requisite skills, excellent communication and English speaking skills, academic grades to find a job. Competition is immense for international students.

Candidates having post-graduate diploma/certificate awarded by Indian University/ Institute or foreign degree/diploma/certificate awarded by the foreign University/Institute should in their own interest, ascertain the equivalence of their diploma/degree/certificate with Master's degree of recognized Indian universities from Association of Indian Universities (AIU), New Delhi. IELTS score of 5 is hardly accepted anywhere. If you have decided which universities to apply to, I will advice you to write to them. Please consider retaking IELTS.
