No, PGCET exam is not applicable for MBA students at new horizon college of engineering. You can direct admission.

If you have given CET exam based on the ranking you can get a seat or if you have not given CET exam then in my college there is management quota you can take direct admission and based on CBSE result you might face some difficulty because you have not given competitive exam in Bangalore like COMDEK, CET etc.
