1. Total income of earning members of the family should be less than a prescribed figure. Figures changed after implementation of GST. You can consult accordingly with the Administration and Academics.
2. Income certificate ratified by the head of the family. It is also applicable if your spouse is sponsoring your fee structure and expenditure.

Yes, you can certainly apply to NID. The institute does not mention any minimum score that you have to secure in 10+2. Your admission will be determined on the basis of your performance in the qualifying entrance test. You can read all the information about the exam here:
