Registration process:Candidates have to register with their name, date of birth, email address and password in the NIELIT portal.Registration process includes personal details, eligibility details, experience details, mail selection, exam center preferences and uploading.Submission of applicant information:After registration, applicants must update personal information, eligibility information, experience information and upload scanned photos and signatures.Applicants must read the eligibility conditions before proceeding with registration.Application payment:The applicants can make payment online to avoid errors or omissions using the available payment methods after they have successfully submitted their application with information before the final submission.

The NIELIT introduced a Scholarship Scheme for SC/ST/Physically Handicapped and female students pursuing NIELIT (DOEACC) O/A/B/C level courses w.e.f. January 2003 examinations. The eligibility is mentioned below:- The scheme will be applicable to the Scholarship Scheme for SC/ST/Physically Handicapped and female candidates pursuing O/A/B/C level courses of the NIELIT (DOEACC) as a full-time course via an institute authorised to conduct the DOEACC-accredited courses.- Also, candidates have to clear the papers in the first attempt and complete the courses in the number of attempts.- The income of the parents of the student from all sources shall not be more than Rs 1 LPA
