The eligibility criteria for MFM at NIFT Patna require applicants to have completed their Bachelor's degree in any discipline from a recognised institute/university. Alternatively, applicants with a UG Diploma lasting three year from NIFT/NID are also eligible to apply. Candidates must present the necessary documents proving their eligibility at the time of admission.

The NIFT Patna BDes selection process is entrance-based. NIFT conducts a common entrance exam to shortlist candidates for various NIFTs. The exam comprises a General Ability Test (GAT) and a Creative Ability Test (CAT). Based on the performance in the entrance exam, the candidates are shortlisted for the second stage, i.e. a Situation Test. The seat allocation is based on the merit list released by the institute. Yes, the correction window will open in the NID application form where you can edit your SOP questions. The correction window for the NID DAT 2025 application form will be available from December 6 to December 11, 2024. In this time, you can login to your registered account on the official website of NID and make any necessary corrections by editing the SOP questions. Although some of the details such as the name, date of birth, and the registered email ID cannot be changed after submission, make sure to verify them before submitting again.

To be eligible for the Bachelor of Design (B.Des) program at NIFT, you must have finished your 10+2 education with a recognised board such as CBSE, ISC, or any state board. You must be under 24 years old as of August 1st of the year of admission, with a 5-year age relaxation for SC, ST, and PWD candidates.
