Yes, the World University of Design accepts NIFT exam scores. Valid scores of NIFT, NID, D-Art, CEED, and UCEED exams can be considered in lieu of DAT, and those of CET, CAT, MAT, and XAT in lieu of GAT. Candidates with a good NIFT exam score can apply for admission to the university and may be shortlisted based on their performance for the next stages of the admission process, which include a personal interview and the showcasing of creative evidence such as a portfolio, drawings, photographs, or crafts.

You should contact the NIFT admission authority as soon as possible to clarify your situation and inquire about the process for correcting your caste category. It is important to provide accurate information during the application process, including your caste category, as it may impact your eligibility for certain categories of seats and scholarships. Contact NIFT's admission authority through their official website or the contact details provided on their admission brochure or website.

In the scenario two or more candidates score the same marks in NIFT, then tie-breaker policy will be applied. The marks scored by the candidate in tests with higher weightage will be considered to break the tie. For example, for the B. Des programme, marks obtained in the CAT exam will be compared to break the tie.If the marks obtained in the CAT are equal, then marks obtained in GAT will be considered. If tie is undecided, then subject-wise marks in the following order will be considered: Communication Ability, English Comprehension, Quantitative Ability, Analytical Ability &General Knowledge and Current Affairs.
